Why AE

See the turf before we roll it out.

Turf scale matters: how it meets the patio, what shape your putting green takes, where the dog run lands. Render it in your yard first, then we install exactly that — every install on properly compacted aggregate, not native soil.

Common questions
Does artificial turf get hot in Phoenix?+

Untreated turf can hit 150°+. We install cool-tech / heat-block turf with reflective infill that runs 15–25° cooler. With a shade structure or rinse, it's comfortable for bare feet and pets.

How long does artificial turf last in AZ?+

Premium turf carries a 15-year UV warranty. With proper base prep (we use 4 inches of crushed aggregate), most installs look great well past warranty.

Is it pet-friendly?+

Yes — we install antimicrobial, drainage-perforated pet turf with zeolite infill that neutralizes urine odor. Easy to rinse, no patches, no mud.

Can you build a putting green?+

Yes — bent-grass-spec turf with sand-filled cups, fringe collars, and contoured base for realistic break. Indoor or outdoor.

Do I need to remove my lawn first?+

Yes. We demo the existing lawn, grade the area, install a weed barrier, lay 4" of crushed aggregate, compact, then seam and infill the turf. All in one project.

About scope, pricing & approvals

Projects are designed and installed to meet applicable Arizona, city, county, and HOA requirements when those reviews are included in the approved project scope.

Pricing depends on scope, materials, access, utilities, drainage, site conditions, and design complexity. Quotes are confirmed after an AE designer reviews your project.

AI concepts are inspirational and must be reviewed by AE before they can become a real project plan. Renders are not engineering, permit, or construction documents.

Permit, HOA, engineering, and code requirements vary by city, county, neighborhood, and project scope. Your final, signed AE agreement and any city/HOA approvals control the work performed.
